I was quite fortunate to be introduced to Pam through a “Wellness Program” that was very thoughtfully gifted to my co-workers and myself by our wonderful employers: Thank you Dr. Candace Krause and Dr. Jeremy Kato!
Pam taught us about so many things that relate to our health, some of which I was totally unaware of. Through enlightenment, encouragement, education and guidance; we were all empowered to make healthy changes. Pam gave us easy to understand and easy to implement options for improving our health…….and improve we did!! Our group lost over 300 lbs in a 12 week program that was easy and fun to follow.
Pam works with people of all ages, all with unique challenges and unique health issues. Her in-depth knowledge in this field provides her with the tools necessary to help us with our individual needs and to assist us in implementing changes to improve our health.
One of the most encouraging things I gained from Pam’s program was hearing her say “All of you made these changes, not me. I did not make these changes in your life. You did. You did it.” What a refreshing and inspiring thing to hear from a coach………….Our success is sincerely her success and her joy.
